“ Sabor a hogar y trato con alma manchega Aunque algunos vivimos fuera, volver a nuestra tierra siempre tiene algo especial… y más aún cuando encuentras un sitio como este. Vinimos en grupo, gente de Cuenca y de Valencia, y salimos encantados. Nos atendieron de maravilla desde el primer minuto: cercanía, atención constante y ese toque de humor que solo encuentras en los sitios con alma. Escucharon nuestras peticiones, se adaptaron incluso para un comensal vegetariano sin dudarlo, y eso dice mucho del cariño con el que hacen las cosas. La comida, pura tradición. Platos generosos y llenos de sabor auténtico. Probamos, entre otros, una carrillada cocinada con mimo, melosa y sabrosísima, y un morteruelo casero, de esos que te hacen cerrar los ojos con cada bocado. Es el sitio perfecto para compartir mesa y raíces. Si vas en grupo, pide mesa redonda: todo fluye mejor. Volveremos, porque no es solo buena comida… es sentirnos en casa. ”
